Sikwantu Community Primary Co-operative trading as TPOMOCOSA we began our journey in April 2024, based within the Alfred Nzo District Community. The South African landscape is changing rapidly, and so are the needs of our society, more especially those who have been previously disadvantaged and financially excluded. The economic scales in South Africa, are continuing to show a never ending imbalance. Against this background and perpetual trend of poverty, we as TPOMOCO SA, a prospective CFI came into being, to contribute towards bringing this situation into a halt. Geographically Alfred Nzo District Municipality is comprised of undeserved rural population. It is trailing behind in terms of development and public needs. It is against this background amongst other that TPOMOCO SA prospective CFI identified the need to bring financial services closer to the people, especially the communities of Phakade. Our location is central thus making us easily accessible to the community at large also minimizing travel costs to nil. Affording these communities an opportunity to avoid exorbitant interest rates from the commercial banks by offering reasonable interest rates to improve their financial lives.

Strengthening Partnerships for our Prospective CFI's Success- On 3rd June 2025, we were honored to host representatives from the Small Enterprise Development Finance Agency (SEDFA) and the Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism at our inaugural meeting. The visit marked a significant milestone in our collaboration as we presented on the critical role government plays in its implementation.

TPOMOCO SA PROSPECTIVE CFI was inspired by the need to address the financial exclusion and limited economic opportunities faced by the Alfred Nzo District Municipality community.
